Reverie Season 1 tells the story of how virtual reality affects the minds of people. Ordinary VR users have become hostages of the virtual world, having no desire to leave it. Who would have thought that many of them would prefer the computer-generated reality, finding it more engaging. Soon, some of them slipped into a virtual coma, which is sometimes extremely hard to emerge from. At this point, Mara is invited to help resolve the case. She’s a seasoned expert in behavioral psychology and an excellent hostage negotiator. The main character enters the virtual worlds, trying to influence the consciousness of the users and persuade them to come back to reality.
